"Working with Christine is always a journey of exploration, transformation and empowering – she has a beautiful way of seeing you or your organization as God sees you. She has an impactful way of finding the true “you” within. Michelangelo explained his process while creating the beautiful statue of David, “You just chip away everything that is not David.” In the same way Christine has the ability to help you find your true identity – who God had in mind the day He created you. She teaches you to chip away at all the junk the world has piled on and around you, so your true identity is slowly revealed – a masterpiece in the making. She teaches through God’s word and wisdom – following His example of leading by relationship, example, and invitation.
What she teaches is not only for individual transformation, but also for corporate realignment – the business, the church, the ministry, the school – all have a God given purpose and identity that needs to be uncovered or rediscovered. The concept is the same – discover what God says about you or your organization and begin to walk in that identity, taking it one step at a time – chipping away to find the David (masterpiece) inside.
Christine is a delight to work with and brings promise, purpose, and identity through invitation, teaching, and leadership that reflects Jesus’ powerful example". ~ Mary Reese
"Christine has the gift of relationship and deep discipleship. She carries Wisdom as her close friend. What she offers, and is gifted in, is going deep; her words pointing to transformation rather than temporary feel-good mantras.
I initially connected with Christine at a small retreat and saw in her something I lacked in myself: the ability to connect genuinely with others. I’ve watched as she leads with a quiet strength and respect grounded in a loving servant’s heart; even within challenging circumstances.
For the last few years, I’ve been honored to have her pour out wisdom and encouragement to me, as well as, write articles for my publication, Paola Lane. One of the greatest lessons I’ve learned from her is the value of seasons within our life: ebbs and flows. This has transformed how I conduct business and live personally. I give space to the ebbs (times of pause) which, in turn, has made my days of flow (work) more efficient, productive, and less stressful.
Her greatest gift is as one who leads with humility, understanding, grace, and love. When you’re with her, one feels heard and understood. And when she offers a challenge or correction, it is without the sting of reproach but with the balm of love." ~Laura Harper Prather - Owner, Creative Director, Editor Paola Lane
"The first time I experienced a group led by Christine, I immediately saw around me, the fruit of the true gospel she is helping people to live in. The group was full of joy, and individual expression of their personal gifts and callings. Christine is a good steward of the Lord’s people. A shepherd who carries the heart of the Father for His children." ~Adel Forsythe, Founder of Wholehearted Women
"There are two people who have had significant impact in my life. Christine Casten is one of them. She has spoken into my life as a mentor, teacher, prophet and friend. Her desire to see others step into the fulness of life is displayed in everything she does. Her greatest attribute is her love for the Father, Son and Holy Spirit and her purpose to help others do the same." ~Ted Mather
"I have had the incredible privilege of walking alongside Christine throughout my spiritual journey, and I can wholeheartedly affirm that she is a truly transformative leader. Christine fosters a nurturing environment where every voice is heard, and every individual is valued. Her remarkable gift lies in her ability to uncover the hidden facets of our identities, guiding us to emerge as new creations, regardless of where we find ourselves on our faith journey.
Rather than leading from the front, Christine walks beside us, honoring our unique voices and personal paths with God. Whether you’re yearning for deeper intimacy with the Lord, seeking clarity on your Kingdom purpose, or looking for strategic direction within your community, Christine meets you exactly where you are.
Her unwavering passion for helping others discover their potential is genuinely inspiring. I am deeply grateful for the invaluable guidance and support she has offered. With Christine, there is always a new horizon to explore in our relationship with God, and I can confidently say that embarking on this journey with her is an experience like no other." ~Stacey Beebe, Developmental Strategist/The Warrior Commission
"Christine’s profound connection with Jesus deeply influences the way she loves and values people. She carries an anointing from God to listen attentively to the heart of others inviting them into a deeper knowledge of who they are as God’s sons and daughters.
Christine is passionate about creating a space that empowers followers of Jesus to discover their unique design and purpose. She is gifted in raising leaders who walk with Jesus in intimacy and humility, advancing His kingdom here on earth.
I am very grateful for the joy and growth I’ve experienced while learning from Christine. Our friendship and shared adventures in faith have been life changing. Her leadership has paved the way for many to launch into their own calling in Jesus. Christine has a rare quality of heart that always seeks to see individuals as Jesus sees them. Her ability to inspire and mentor others into God’s plans and purposes is truly remarkable." ~ Kathy Brown
“Christine Casten is in tune with the heart of the Father. She is an encourager who is gifted in helping others process the heart of God for themselves. Her words resonate deeply and enable us up to walk the pathways in which God is calling us. She has been a huge blessing in my life, helping me stay the course and keep my gaze fixed." ~ Ashley Wiggers, Geomatters, Editor-in-Chief "Homeschooling Matters", PR Director for Geography Matters, author Profiles from History series.
"I met Christine Casten at The Warrior Commission Training Day event in 2014. I had been a part of the community for about a year and it was my first time being at a face to face meeting. The first quality I noticed about Christine's character was her graceful and quiet, yet joyful confidence in Christ.
Throughout my life I had always felt like an outcast. I came from a long history of rejection, abandonment and addiction. I was good at burning bridges and hiding from others but Christine saw me. That made me feel seen by God.
That's the thing I've come to know about Christine...she stops for the one. She leans in, she listens. Christine can adapt to navigate a fleet of teams and stand as the commander proclaiming prophetic allegories, then as we go to lunch afterwards will take the time to look each one of her guests in the eye and listen to every heart present. That is who she is. Chrstine knows that God's kingdom is relational.
In 2019, I walked off my map completely into new territory. That was when I asked Christine to walk close beside me. The love I saw reflected in her I knew came from the Father, and in that dark season I knew she was just the person I needed to speak wisdom into my life. The next several years have without a doubt been the most challenging yet most transformative of my life.
When you know Jesus, I mean really know Him...He says things that open your heart and mind with wonder. He causes you to think in new ways. He sends you on new adventures and into new territories that you never knew existed. That is what being in a relationship with Christine is like. Her friendship and mentorship have propelled me into a life full of purpose and a confidence in Christ as the beloved that will ring throughout all of eternity and I am beyond grateful for her." ~Natalie Winters
